Delivery and Returns

Our products are packaged on pallets or in big bags to ensure safe transport.

For in-stock products, please allow a delivery time of 2 to 20 business days depending on the country of the order. The delivery time starts from the confirmation of the order by the customer.

Non-stocked products: For non-stocked products, you need to add the delivery time from our suppliers. These vary depending on the product. We indicate the estimated total delivery time in the description of each product. This time may be shorter if our supplier has the ordered item in stock.


In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Economic Law Code, heavy materials, bulk products, pallets, and natural stone are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

  • Parcel shipment: for edging stones.
  • Unloading with tailgate:Only operates on hard surfaces
  • Motorized mounted trolley: able to travel over all types of surfaces, even with difficult access.
  • Bulk unloading: A minimum 3meterswide and 12 meters of clearance, requires not beingobstructed by overhead wires. Requires an appropriate maneuvering area.
  • Crane truck: Possibility to drop a big bag behind a wall or fence (capacity of 1.6 tons / bigbag) requires not beingobstructed by overhead wires

Our natural stone

Schist and slate come from the same family of natural stones. Slate is essentially a more compact, finer form of schist, often used for roofing or precise finishes. Schist retains a more natural, rustic structure, making it ideal for landscaping, low walls, or decorative coverings.

Like any natural material, the stone slightly patinas over time. This subtle evolution enhances its character and aesthetics without compromising its performance.

Yes. Due to its layered structure, slate can naturally release small fragments during handling or installation. These flakes are a testament to its natural formation and do not affect its quality or durability.

Maintenance

A simple cleaning with clear water or soapy water is sufficient. Natural stone requires very little maintenance.
It is better to clean your stones with black soap and a stiff brush. The pressure washer could release stone chips.

Mild or specific products for natural stone are recommended. Avoid acidic products that could damage the surface.
